    Hello,

    I'm 42, married, 4 kids- 3 grown and on their own. I started Atkins Nov. 18, 2005 and I have yet to do a cheat free 14 days of Induction.

    My goal as of now is to just do a 14 day Induction cheat free.

    That is Noble of you! Definitely the hardest hing to do on this WOE. I'm starting over today and have never done a "clean" 14 days. Always a little something here or there - bad habit to get into.

      Hi, Valentine, this way of eating does take discipline at first. It gets easier after a few days, it really does.

      This is a wonderful board for help, encouragement, advice, and support. Welcome to ADBB.

      You can do it, Valentine. I look forward to reading your 14 day induction results soon.

        Hi,
        I am on extended induction Good luck it gets way easier tomarro is the start of my sith week. I also weigh in tomarro! 294/280/120 anyway it is coming off

          Welcome to the board!

          One thing you can remind yourself is ... if you don't cheat, you'll get your best results. The more you lose up front; the less you have to lose later.

          You can do this!!

            welcome back to ADBB and to Atkins
            seethe small picture and don't worry about 14 days. make the next bite going in your mouth Atkins induction acceptable and the next get your fluids in for today and your mandatory exercise and you will be cheat free for one day then tomorrow start all over every bite every swallow atkins acceptable. soon you will have string several Atkins induction cheat free days together.

            In the event those high carb sireens call you off the wagon just jump back on and keep going. even ig you don't make it 14 days cheat free practice carb harm reduction any time you do jump off and soon it will be easier and easir for you to do your Atkins and be cheat free.

            Remember in 14 days you are done even if you didn't make it cheat free then decide if you are going on to OWL for more choices or staying induction extended. but do that on day 15. for one one day at a time one bite at a time.

                Hi Valentine and welcome to !!

                Induction is the best way to control your cravings...it's hard for a few days, basically just breaking bad habits and saying NO to yourself. But, it really does get easier.
