    Hi All!

I have just spent the last hour checking out all the before and after shots - do you know how fab you all look. Booooooy, talk about inspirational!

Well where should I start? My names Loz, I'm 23, 5ft 10, 187lbs, UK size 16. I'm going to aim for 155lbs and UK size 12, but tbh, I'm not too fussed what I weigh on the scales, as long as I look good, feel sexy and can run the London marathon in 2007 then that's alright with me!

I have a friends wedding to attend to in May and a christening in June - I'm going to be God Mother so I would like to look my best for the photo's. I plan to start the induction the day after boxing day, get all the festive frolics out of the way!!!

Any tips you can give me will be greatly appreciated! (Posting Pic's is an area I need assistance, as well as uploading one of those weigh bar things )

    Cheers

    Loz

Welcome, Loz. Just stick to the rules and it will work.

Some UK before and afters here:

Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
        he said, 'Don't count calories.'

Thanks all. It's so nice to have your support!

Right then, I have read all the books, watched the DVD, stocked up on vit & min's, written out my Atkin's shopping list (planning my meals in advance) and now it's time to get the t-shirt (two times smaller preferably!!!).

Who would have thought that I'd be this exicted starting out? Day one of induction will be Thursday 29th December. Watch me go!

                    Yipeeee
