    Re: new starter

My best tip is to eschew most processed stuff and eat lots of fresh veggies. I find that the processed stuff, even though it's low carb, makes me want the 'bad old foods'. I have a big salald for lunch and stir fried vegggies for dinner (with some meat/fish/chicken/cheese protein). Stick to preapre everything yourself and you'll know what is going in your mouth (and on your hips!).

Tip 2 is keep a journal. I write all food in and exercise out in a book every day and it helps me to see where I've been and plan my next steps.

This is a great site and you'll get lost of support. What do you weigh now and what is your goal?

Tips about are what I would ditto. Also become a label reader. I think there are going to be lots of folks who will be joining the induction team next Monday.
