Just happy to find your site 2 days ago. My husband and I are going on the Induction diet today. We began Atkins 3 years ago and had great success. Nine months into the diet my hubby was diagnosed with Hepatitis C and underwent a 12 month "Chemo treatment from ****". We were advised that one of the worst side effects of the treatment was "wasteing". He lost tons of weight, looked like a male model (tho meds made him evil!) and successfully completed his treatment! Unfortunately we continued on my "anti-wasteing" cooking program and he's as round and cuddly as ever, uh make that two of us... Looking forward to support and humor with all of you. Looks like a great buncha LOSERS! - Shawn

I also want you to welcome to ADBB and the wonders of Atkins. Check the place out and make sure you hit the cooking and food forums to find out how to make some new comfort foods to replace the old anti-wasteing ones. Glad to have you here, Shawn!
