Well it is January 1st and like many I am vowing to get this weight off once and for all. I have done Atkins in the past and did manage to lose weight but never continued. I have a lot of weight to lose and would like to lose the bulk of it by end of June.
I plan to follow Atkins to the letter and exercise. I do find boards like this tremendously supportive and journalling what I eat always helps me stay on target.
Hopefully the weight loss part isn't as difficult as learning all these little smilies and how to post pictures etc
One quick question especially toward those who have been successful - today I logged my food and didn't eat anything that I shouldn't but did eat a lot of high calorie fatty items such as bacon to keep my hunger away while I head toward ketosis - it was almost 2000 calories and a tonne of fat - will I still lose???? I know I shouldn't get caught up in calories and fat but thats that hard part. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
