    Just cause I'm curious

    Thought it would be fun to find out how you all found us ( and cause I really love playing with the "polls" obtion.)
    Then Im going to do another poll asking what one thing made you join.

      Where's the None of the Above option? LOL

      I was sent a private message and email from another board asking me to come here to offer the newbies support by someone I'd never met (Tom) at that time. And here I am over 3 years later

        I don't even remember how I found ADBB. Just a surfin the web. But it had to be God showing me the way, it has made my life so much happier.

          I was another googler of the word Atkins.

          I wasnt necessarily looking to join a message board at the time, I was just looking into the whole thing.

          It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




          I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
