    everyone
    new here 3rd day introduction. not to bad!!! having problems drinking water.
    but it is getting better.i have been so inspired by all of your stories thank you!!

    Hi beediddy! and welcome to !!

    Day #3, whoohoo, that's great! Keep working on the water, it'll become second nature to be chugging in no time!

    If you have cruised around the board yet, check out all of the various forums for the stickies and FAQ's, there's some great information there!

    If you're interested check out the Bootcamp FAQ's in the Main Forum, the next bootcamp starts on the 16th.

          Hi beediddy,

          I like your ticker, very cute!

          Each time I change mine, I go back into tickerfactory.com and create a new one and copy and paste.

            Are you feeling nausous anytime you sip on water...
            or are you trying to down large amounts at one time?

              Hi Beediddy,

              Here's a suggestion Elizellen recently gave another person on the board:

              Some people swear by adding a slice of cucumber or a few drops of oil of oregano to their water.

              Try it at different temperatures too - I prefer mine cold but some people can only drink room temperature water - or even boil it and drink it hot!!

                large amounts i try to get it over with. this is what i do i stand at the sink and drink at least 3 glasses. i have tried to get bottle water but i never finish it taking sips here, gulps there, i would never get my water intake complete. i guess im just going to have to work on it 3 glasses morning
                3-4 mid morning
                3-lunch
                3 dinner and maybe a little more before bed.

                ok next morning i cant stand to look at the sink. this is when my nausea set in.
                but i have only been doing this 3rd day so i hope i hope it get better.

                  That could be the problem then ... if you haven't been drinking water very much, you might want to work it in at a little slower pace.

                  Maybe try to have a glass when you first wake up with your supplements, one with each meal and then get a 32 oz bottle to work on the rest of the day...and work toward finishing off that 32 oz bottle too...that'll give you 64 oz for the day.

                  Then just keep adding it in. I know when I do my cardio, I can polish one of those bottles off easily. So, it does get easier and your body really wants/needs it!
