Hey folks -
Well this is my official first time giving Atkins a "real" go. I attempted Atkins before but never could make it through the first week. This time I'm determined to actually shed the weight. I just completed my second degree and all those hours of sitting and studying, sitting in class, and study food, oh and stress, have amounted in a well (to be frank) - a big butt! yikes. I started my last degree at 125 - now 137.2. I'm determined to make it down to 115! Whoo! I have my sister and mother doing Atkins at the same time (my support group) - thank goodness for them.
I'm looking for people to help provide motivation and tips. Looking forward to chatting with many of you.

Basically all you need to do is committ to X amount of minutes of exercise for the month and keep track of it in your signature. You'll see quite a few of us that are on a mission!! It's a really great way to push yourself and see how much you do!
