TAKE HEART .. YOU CAN DO THIS!

I began my Atkins journey in January 2002 ... 40 pounds overweight and a bonafide couch potato .. at age 45. I figured I'd give it 2 weeks .. if it didn't work, what was I out? I also began a lame attempt at exercise .. a mile a day of brisk walking.

Fast forward to today: January 4, 2006. I've lost all 40 pounds .. in fact, more. I no longer walk .. I RUN .. to the tune of 35 miles a week and am on the brink of running my first marathon ..at age 50 ..

Losing the weight was only part of the health benefits of Atkins .. I am so much healthier now, its amazing. And I'm not the exception here ... if you commit 100% to changing your life forever .. YOU TOO WILL BE A SUCCESS.

If I can do it .. SO CAN YOU!
