Another Newbie Here

Well, my hubby finally decided to try something to lose weight, so I figured the best way to support him was to do it with him. We will be starting Adkins 1 week from tommorrow (have to get the book from the library, plan meals and then shop on payday). Can't wait to get started!

Since you haven't started, heres my tip of the day, measure yourselfs as inches go faster than pounds.
Also, donate all the carbs you can to the food bank and plan for emergencies.
