Here I go again
Well about two years ago, I started atkins for the first time. I lost 50 pounds in two months!!
Then, I got pregnant with my third and last child, and decided with doctors orders to go off of atkins. So of course, I gained back and then some. Right after I had my last child I started again, after a full month with no success at all. So, I gave up feeling very hopeless and discouraged. But, today I have once again started and hope to have the result I had the first time and be able to stay on for life and be able to achieve my goal weight. I am currently at a whopping 245, on my small 5'3" frame. I would like to reach between 125 and 135. So I have a lot a work to do, and would like the support of a few new atkins friends. I have gotten so much critism from everyone else. My husband is the only true support I have. He got me through the first time I did atkins. But, it would be nice to meet and talk with people also doing it. And wanting to lose weight. I have had weight problems my whole life, and I am so tired and fed up with it. That is going to be hard for me to give up on my dream of someday being able to go into the clothing store without shame. Well, that is my story. Hope to have more good news of weight loss soon.
