    Well this is my second time to start atkins. I broke my diet for my ski trip and since I've been back, im finding it harder to get back on. I have over 50 pounds to lose and I really want to be able to lose weight. I know that it can be done. I still have those late night cravings though. I started back on January 07th. Wish me good luck and willpower I want to be able to post my before and after photo here!!

    Welcome to ADBB. You'll find a lot of support and information here. What are you doing for exercise?

        Hi 2f4now and welcome to ADBB and back to Atkins!

        I had problems with the evening munchie too...you'll break the habit soon enough, just stay strong and drink your water!

        Enjoy cruising the board and reading all of the information, it's awesome support!

        Glad you're hear and we'll see you around the board!
