I'm not obese or anything but am 21 and stepped on the scale I got for Christmas and weighed 178 lbs. I havent grew an inch since highschool but have managed to go up frmo 140 lbs to where I am now. I had a close friend drop from 230sih to 165 on the adkins diet so I'm trying it. I ate a lot of fast food, pop, and junk food daily. I started a week ago today and am down to 163. Hopefully I'll have better updates in the future.
