    hey! ive been on atkins before. but always quitted. but it seems like atkins is the only diet that has ever worked for me so im back & ready to lose weight!

    Welcome back to ABDD sweetheart!

    Be strong and stick with it, you can do it!! If you haven't found it yet, you might be interested in the 14 Day Induction forum, there are a lot of people in the same phase!
