I was just wondering if the "Atkins at Home" is for the induction phase or if it isn't what phase is it for?

if you are using the newer books written after Dr Atkins died then it is. Here on ADBB we use Dr Atkins last book the 2002 DR ATKINS NEW DIET REVOLUTION and they are not for it's acceptable ffos lists for induction.
