    Atkins Again and seeing to end.

    Hi All,
    My name is Amour. I am 34, I will be turning 35 in May and I want to look good. I am tired of wearing plus size clothes. I started Atkins this month my starting weight is 253 and my current weight is 246 my goal weight is to be under 200. I always have a good begining but I never see it through. I hope this year is for the year for me. I wish everyone luck.

    Amour - welcome. I know how you feel! It took me a whole year to lose 30 lbs, but it wasn't a "clean" year. Know that if you are mentally prepared to do this, you can. There are lots of people here who will support you. Hang in there and re-read the book, it always helps to inspire me : )
