  • newbie for a 2nd time

    hi all
my name is cheryl and this my second try at atkins , last time i lost 50lb's in just 14 weeks and i am hoping i can do just as well this time.

I have 3 children and a husband who is very very supportive of me , espically when i get peeved off, i am officially starting tomorrow and will be looking for support on here people as i am looking to loose about 60lb's

one thing i would like to ask is what is the weight in gramms of a "cup" approx how much?

I am very much looking forward to loosing the weight but not the induction flu as i plan to stay on the induction for as long as i can .

I had it for weeks last time but began taking vit c, vit b complex and multi vits and felt much better.

I am also a depression sufferer and take (150mg) of effexor a day but even that was much btter on atkins i actually felt like a new person and people also noticed.

anyway sorry for the waffle and hope you are not all asleep by now
