    Starting in 13 days...potentially 6...as stated befor. I think I may go a week earlier.. I have spent alot of time reading about this. And figure I may just start this monday because it is all I think about...times a wasting lol... i am working overtime this week to get myself a new toy, im thinking I need a new exercise bike for a new start, my other ones old..

    So I rammble...bad habit...
    my question is actually how do I get a counter?
    I haven't looked that hard to see if I can find anything, could be right under my nose.

    Oh and thanks everyone who suggested Fitday...how crazy!! I am so excited to start...my tummies been having a lil burning sensation lately not sure what it is...exercise and eatting better times maybe getting to it.
