I am a returning Atkins dieter and I feel good about it this time . I am on my 9th day and I think I lost few pounds. I threw out my weighing scale at home, I don't want to obsessed on weighing myself, it can get frustrating see that needdle going up and down. instead, I developed my own system, i work every thursday and friday , i decided that i will just weigh myself every thursday.
That way if my weight goes up a bit I have the whole week to work on making it right and if it's going down, I have the whole week to beat that number. I came up with another crazy idea ...wanna hear about it?...well, i am telling you anyways...here it is, i bought 3 tape measure. Yup, you heard me right. Here's the idea: tape measure #1 is for my bust line and I cut to my ideal measurement, that is 35 inches. Tape measure # 2, cut it to 25 inches ( waist line) and tape measure #3 cut it to 36 inches, my hips. I have long ways to make then ends meet, but i know it will. Got to go , my 3 year old princess here needs my attention .
