I am 30, married, with 3 kids 12, 6 and 4. I originally bagan Atkins in Dec of 03, and followed the plan faithfully through a 25 pound weightloss. Then my life got very stressful, and we went on a vacation in the fall of 04, when I just left the WOE behind.
On Jan 1st 2006 I weighed myself at the gym, and I was petrified I had gained all the weight back +4lbs.(195)
I didn't immediatly turn back to Atkins...I felt somewhat a fool. But I did stop drinking pop, went back to drinking water only, and didn't put anything refined in my mouth. On Jan 14, I weighed in at 190!
The next day was spent re-atkinizing my kitchen, and on Monday Jan 16, I began my induction. I am down to 187 as of this morning, I have done a squeeky clean induction ...now I need a plan. It is good to be back here...I see some familiar names and for sure you all look terrific!
