  • Back to loose another 20

Well, Hello, I have been lurking here since Mon. and Restarted Atkins Tuesday and Was approved Wed. where I made my first posting in the STAC thread.

I changed my e-mail addy and couldn't figure out why I couldn't post . DUH
    I had to reverify...

    So here I am. Finally...

Eventhough I am new here I am no stranger to Atkins. Back in Jan. 2004 I embarked on an exciting adventure of weight loss. I started at 186 and lost to 128. I have never really gained more than 5 lbs just by staying on Atkins WOL I gained 7 lbs over this past Christmas Holiday and decided to Honestly and Truely
give this another try as I never reached my "goal" of 115.

I am now on day 3 and I am not experiencing the appetite suppression of when I was first on Atkins.

I have set out to find my goal many times before but some how this time feels different.

I have found this forum and feel I have the motivation to have a Clean Induction.

I do run on the treadmill and work out on a CORE BALL. I have been doing that for years. I also walk with my Mother In Law every weekday for 40-45 min which is about 2 miles.

Drinking water (as you know) has helped a lot. I have 3 water bottles which are 20 oz each. I make sure I drink 3 of those /day and know it is better when I drink more.

I am obsessive about weighing EVERY day and I also know that is a bad thing as I have become discouraged before and just quit or cheated.

I am glad I found this place... I have learned/ relearned what it is to have a non cheating day and just how awsome it feels to have accomplished that.

Thanks to everyone who has read this and Thanks in advance for all the wonderful advise I know I will recieve.
