hi everyone, i am starting again on atkins after a long break. ive definately let my eating get out of control. my new years resolution was to get back to atkins, and i started jan. 1st. so far im down 15 pounds, and am weightlifting 3 days a week, and doing cardio too. ive been on the site over a year, but hoping to use it more this time around




and back to Atkins!
