    thanks everyone!!

    Hi everyone and thanks for the replies and encoragement! I really needed it. I feel a little better today than I did yesterday so that has to be good, I really don't feel as hungry either. I weighed this morning and I have lost a total of 9 pds since Wednesday, I don't know where it has gone but its the same scale as always.
