Hello everyone. I lost 65 pounds doing low carb, and reached my goal (40 pounds in 4 months on Atkins last 25 on CAD over a year) but I regained a lot of it duting a period of stress and job change and moving.
I am eating well and doing low carb, I have been doing Carb Addicts Diet...which I maintain with and its comfortable...etc... but I know that I need to do ATKINS again to lose this weight...I don't want to maintain at 163 pounds I want to be 130 thats 33 pounds I want to evict. I lost sooo well and felt great when doing Atkins so why don't I just do it? I restarted my weight loss with Atkins then 2 later switched to CAD....why
Look at the numbers so I restrted atkins at 171 and lost to 163 and then switched to CAD and have just stayed here for about 2 weeks.
It seems harder to do Atkins with my family but I did it before, i walked 2 miles 4-5 times a week. hubby needs to lose weight but won't do low carb with me but has stopped with the chips and soda...
I really believe in it Now I need to do it already!!!!
I could be smaller and feeling great by summer...maybe close to goal
