    Hi I coulden't beleave my luck..I found this board by mistake? ( where's spell check? I am in trouble ) I started Atkins this last Thanksgiving and I am really at the point where I need help, I didn't know what was next (I am still on week two??) I could have bought the book DA!..but now I am glad I didn't after doing some reading yesterday I went to town and got the right one for this board.
    I weighed 316 at Thanksgiving ,today I weagh 285 and I am 5ft5" not to young...well, I am really closer to.. old? lol
    I don't know what alse to tell you except
    I am heading for boot camp as soon as I can, oh I also bought the Atkins Journal ( will I get extra points for that LOL ) I love this plan , I am never hungery!!
    My love was bread I have only had two slice's after starting in November and I am supprised that I don't miss it as much as I would have thought.
    Fourteen more messages from me to go ! What in the world am I going say

    Hello and welcome! I was a huge bread eater and I have to say that when I screwed up the last time time around, I had a sandwich with white bread and I thought it was so nasty! The color, the texture, the smell and the taste were just horrible! I don't miss it either.

        Hi, Crunchie. Welcome to a great board. I too found this by accident. Great work on losing so much weight since Thanksgiving. Giving up bread was hard for me, too, at first, but now I'm not fazed by desserts, bread, cookies, or anything else.

        Ask away if you have any questions.

        BTW, Boot Camp is hard but well worth it.

          welcome to the board!!found ADBB by mistake? well, it is the only mistake you will never regret! Your attitude is admirable and ADBB will surely help you in keeping your great work up! well done in buying and reading the book cause this board strictly follow DANDR to the T! Concerning BOOTCAMP, well, I have been doing right now, it's a real team work and such a fullfilling and challenging experience that I know i'll be missing it once is over. Keep yourself update and get ready to join the next (should be sometimes in march i think)!
          What are you going to say, you ask: start a journal chats and say whatever, and I mean whatever, you want; you will meet new buddy friends to share your experience with. ADBB is all about sharing, we win together, we lose together, we play together and above all we stay together!

              Hi Crunchie. I am glad you found us. Bread was not really hard for meto give up, it was the sweets. It is still hard, but worth it.
