Hi all i'm new here and have some questions about dieting.
I have been on diets so many times these past few years, one time I lost 10kg (don't know why I stoped.) I was young, so it was probably the commitment. I’m 16 now and really want to loose weight.
I have been on a diet for only the past few days, my mums worried that I tackled into it to fast. Yesterday I burned off 800 Calories and had to take muscle relaxes just to fall asleep. But I guess it’s because I haven’t used those muscles in such a long time?
My first question is about Carbs (in grams). How many carbs should you consume daily while on a diet?
My second question is about calories, how many calories = 1kg?
I read that 37000Kj = 1Kg and that 9 Calories = 1Kj. There’s no way this is true.
