  • New and on Day 2 induction

    Hello Pals,
I started induction on the 25th of February. I am on day 2 now and I feel a bit weak. L glutamine seems to be helping me cos I didn't crave carbs at all yesterday.

I am looking for a buddie to encourage me when I am tempted to ditch the diet. This is my 5th attempt at induction and I always quit after 2 days.

    Cheers

    Nkay

          Nkay,

I am a second timer and just got thru the flu. You have to grin and bear it. Keep telling yourself that nothing is more important to you. You will be pleased with how you feel when you get there.

The weakness level does change. After all, this is a big change for your body! I find that I don't have as many weakness issues if I spread my carbs out into 2 or 3 meals instead of one, it keeps my energy up throughout the day!

            Good Luck!
