Hello everyone my name is Gina and this is my second time around. Although the weight came off the first time I've gained it back. I haven't went over the size I was but quickly got bored with the foods. I am a little concerned because I can't exercise right now. I was in a car accident back in Oct and still having problems with my neck and back. When I started the first time I felt on top of the world but quickly fell off. I had energy to share with others and now I am just barely making it, always feeling sluggish. I have been back on induction for 4 days now. Please help me to decide how to continue. My son is getting married in July and I would like to be in a size 10 by then. I am at 220 pounds and a size 14. I don't know how I stayed in a 14 though, when I started I was in a size at the first time. I have enjoyed view everyones comments and advice. I just need some kind of help here.
