    First Time Atkins User!

    Hi, I'm a 22 year old college senior and just recently got engaged. I don't want to be "the fat bride" and really want to lose about thirty pounds before my wedding. My friend recomended Atkins and told me about your forum, which she apparently lurked during her diet (she lost about 85 pounds). You guys seem really nice and I'm very excited to get to know you and especially excited about this diet.

    I've read the book and I'm starting Induction tomorrow. I had to buy a lot of groceries (and throw a lot out)!











    First mini-goal: Lose 10 lbs- buy new graphite set--Woot!
    Second Mini-goal: Lose 15 pounds- get a new book
    Big mini-goal: See my collarbones- Priceless!
