  • hi...and some questions

    Hi...

Im new here. This is a wonderful place, this is my first post but Ive been reading the forums for a couple of days.
Im in my 12th ind. day and things are going more or less. Only 3,2 kilos down so far, Im sad but I keep going. I think Im going to keep the IND phase for a couple of weeks longer.
I have no problem with not eating pasta rice and so on, but I do miss the fruit and the veggies...and my Fridays chocolate...

Having some help and support will make a big difference for me.

I also want to join the treadmill challange..do I just copy /paste the icon here? where do I note down my progress?

and also..can anyone help me with the ticker??(Ive read the support threads but I still dont know how to make it work)

    thanks

Here's a link to the treadmill challenge!

Looks like you've got the ticker figured out!

      Welcome to

I have lost five pounds already and I'm on day three. Don't get discouraged bc it does work. Are you measuring you inches. I lose weight for the first week and then I stop but I start to lose inches in that time. Check your measurments. I bet you are losing inches and not even knowing it! Make sure you are drinking your water also! Best Wishes and good luck. You can do it!!!!

thank you all for the suppport and the help.
I think I managed the ticker and treadmill.

The first week was fine, I lost almost a pound a day..but then it stopped. I know this happens I know it has to do with the time of the month.
But when we start we want to see the results, we want to see it is working isnt it?
I feel fine, and my headaches are gone so Im not even thinking about giving up.

          hugs

3.2 kg is about 10% of the total you want to lose so that is a pretty good loss. I've kept myself to around 30-40 gs carbs daily, adding a few bit from the OWL rungs (in order) that appeal to me tastewise. This seems to be working fine, it is week 21 and I am losing 2 kgs per month. You can stay on Induction as long as you want but the danger is that boredom sets in and you are in more danger of going right off the diet and back to the old evil habits.
