  • 3 days in and a loss already!

    Hello everyone! I would love to say that today is my third day on Atkins and already I have lost 5 pounds! I am sooo excited! Everyone keep up the good work and thanks a million for the support.

          Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.
