    G'day Everyone!
    I am just starting out~ and probably have a million questions! lol I have yet to find anything I can actually eat for breakfast! The thought of bacon and eggs at 5am makes me ill!
    I have a Ka-Zillion pounds to lose before my sons wedding in November! Wish me luck!
    I look forward to meeting you all!

      Hi Shauna and welcome to ADBB and Atkins!

      If you have questions, first make sure and pick up a book (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution 2002 version) and start reading all of the FAQs and stickies in the forums here on the board! Read through the posts and join in, it's the best way to learn from others experiences!

        Maybe try a beef stick with some cheese. I like chicken vienna sausage in a can but I don't know if they sell that in Australia. How's your weather?
