Ok, i'm having a problem during my induction. I have always had digestive problems, i'm on zelnorm for IBS and aciphex. On my 7th day I began taking antibiotics that made my already bad stomach worse. It seems like all this meat is really starting to hurt. I'm very constipated.... Am I doing something wrong? Should I stop induction for the duration of antibiotic treatment?

Re: problems arise on induction day 7
I drink a good 100 oz or more of water a day. I haven't been eating anything but meats, cheddar, broccoli, the lettuces, the no carb dressings, green beans. I wasn't sure exactly what I should add to that, but if fiber is it I sure will try. My mother is a dietician, and she can't even tell me anything about it...23 yrs female 5'9"
