I hope those who have started now, and wake up in the middle of the night wondering if they can make it till the next morning, see this thread. This is why Im posting...it is possible...we can do it.
I made it...15 days. I cheated once with a very small glass of wine ( but I had saved my carbs that day- I know it is not the cleverst thing to do..
Im only down 7 punds but in the whole I feel fine. The first week was bad but after that I just stopped counting the days. Actually around the 10th day I started thinking about going for two more weeks.
I had my period during induction and I always gain water during those days so I thought about staying on 20 carbs a day till I reach my first mini goal that is 2.5 kilos away..more or less 5 pounds.
Also, Im new here, but I want to thank you all for the nice words and the support.
