      Re: sweating

      i dunno....nothing special

B: b-fast chicken sausage or an egg or two (scrambled or boiled)
      S: 3-5 small celery sticks
L: usually salad or lettuce wrap
      S: whatever is available.....cheese stick....uh....bit of yogurt....pieces of ham...
D: combination of veggie and meat

i gotta admit ive been having peanut butter but i added it to total carb so that i wont go over the carb limit too much... (aye, i fail miserably as a true atkinian)

      i guess heat is good?
(altho its making me feel really lumpy and disgusting...i feel like a sticky heater )

Hmm, chicken sausage sounds good. Where do you get that at? I feel a little hot sometimes to but I think it's bc I have so much energy now that I can't sit still. I feel like I have ADHD. LOL!!
