I'm new to this, however reading all the post seem to be really motivating and think it's going to help me along my journey.
Well where to start......I'm 25 yrs, SW/193, CW187, height 5'7, female.
It's alot harder than I thought it would be. My goal is to weigh 160, which is about another 25 pounds in 8 weeks. I'm not sure this is possible, but i would love to hear on opinions to keep my focus. I haven't started working out yet, but after my 2 weeks i'm going to start 3 times a week.
I'm going on vacation so this is really important plus have a wedding to be in July. So I don't want to be that whale on the beach, or the fat girl in the wedding.
I need help and your motivation.

Only thing you have to remember is that it is fine to gain some days, muscle weights more then fat, if my scales are showing nothing I usually check the messuring tape...and there is my loss.
