Hey, i've posted a bit about myself under BEFORE n AFTER pictures, but in summary i've lost 80lbs from May 04 to May 05, but then went to college and gained a bad 10lbs from poor eating... so i made the decisions ot get back on the wagon and head to my goal and stay there.. so i finally thrrew out all my bad food and today I'm signing myself up to the gym, also just purchased Dr. Atkins New Revolution which should be in shortly so I'm READY TO GO!
Oh and going grocery shoppin today.. SO i just want to post this for myself to finally tell myself ALRIGHT AMANDA UR GUNNA DO IT! n and also bc i know going from real bad food to healthy food is sure not easy at first and i know im going to be really tempted.. so are there any tips that have helped ya'll from those bad cravings?? any snacks that can help? I'd really appreciate it, thanks!
