Well i'm back to try this again, I know it can work because I have tryed atkins before an lost alot of weight, anyway for the past year or so i've been really lazy, no exercise at all an completly out of control when it come's to eating. I really hope I can do this again i'm a 27 year old male about 5`10 current weight 250 which is the heaviest i've ever been, I really can't believe how much weight i've gained in the past year, I would guess in the past year alone I gained about 50 to 60 pounds.

Hi Ziggy and Welcome Back.
I'm glad you've come back !!! We are all here for each other. When I get my cravings I run here and read and I pour the water down me. When I'm hungry, I'm eating things of the accepted foods list, and its working. Stick with it and you will see and feel the difference as well.

Re: Back to try again
I haven't posted since I stared back on atkins about 3 an a half weeks ago, anyway thanks all you guys an girls for your comments, well the first 3 days were pretty hard getting back into the whole atkins program again but I got thru it an it was really the right thing to do, as of right now in just over 3 weeks I have lost 17 pounds. Their was a point in about the 2nd week where I didn't lose anything for about 6 days an I was getting a little concerned an annoyed anyway I stuck thru it an it seems like the weight is just coming right off, thanks again i'll post more later.

For Weight Loss graphics:
Go to Tickerfactory.com, and copy the HTML code they provide to you. Then click on your User Control Panel (User CP menu item at the top) and edit your Signature. Paste that HTML code into the block provided.
Congrats on the impressive weight loss -- 1/3rd to goal already -- and for seeing it through a temporary hesitation in weight loss without questioning the plan. The second and third week are particularly dangerous as your body adjusts, but you did the right thing by sticking to your guns while you wait for the losses to start pile up again.Kent - 35-M-6'4"

Re: Back to try again
welcome back! I did the same thing, started Atkins about 3 years ago, lost a good bit of weight, then told myself I'd take a "BREAK". Wow. I gained like crazy after that, above the high weight I'd started at. Embarassing, and so self-defeating. I'm back on the right track since 1/3 and I've never felt better. Just never give up, and keep reminding yourself that everything you do, and don't do, is your choice, and in your control and that you CAN and WILL do this. And we're all here to help along the way.Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
The reason I quit...

Worth it !!!
