  • I'm a Newby to the site

    Hello,
    I am new to this site but not to Atkins. I lost 45 lbs. on Atkins in 2003-2004 but have fallen wayyyyy off the wagon and gained 51 back. I am ready to do this again and hope that this site and its members will give me the support I need to stay on it for good. I "need" to lose 100lbs. to be the ideal weight for my body size, but my Physician said that an 80 lb. loss would leave me at a healthy weight. I am happy to be a new member and look forward to many postings. Sincerely, Joe

    I am new to this, also!! I have never tried Atkins before, but am hopeful and excited!! I know we can lose this weight!! Hang in there, you did it once you can do it again. Have faith in yourself!!!!
    What would we do without it?

      if it is support and motivation you are looking for you came to the right place

        Welcome Joe! So happy you've found us. The support and motivation is here for you, and if you are serious about making life-changes to become healthy and lose weight, then you've come to the right place! I can testify that Atkins does work and that losing the weight was the best thing I've ever done for myself.

        Check out the forums for information and ideas that interest you, participate in the challenges, do a boot-camp, exercise, drink water, take your supplements, read the book and keep a positive mind. You can do this! We are all here to help you. Best wishes!!
