Does the treadmill give you a distance of how far you cover in those 7500 steps? How many miles for example?

I walk about 2 1/2 miles. I am trying to work up to walking faster and at a harder incline. My pace is at 3.5 and my incline is at 4.5. I have the ab lounge, that has been helping alot. I think I am really bothered by my double chin. I lost 40 lbs after I had him. The double chin isn't to bad until I smile.

And you see your double chin everytime you look in the mirror. I understand where you are coming from completely.

How long did you stay on induction? I think I can handle it for about 2 months.

If I were you I would see how quickly you lose the weight, you may need to go onto OWL quicker than 2 months.

Welcome to the ADBB AMY. You will find plenty of emotional support here. Atkins is a wonderful choice and it will help you go down sizes. Make sure to read all the stickys in the induction forum. There alot of good information there.
