Hi pasmine and welcome to ADBB!

So, tell us a little about your weight loss goals!

I see you've done Atkins before, so you have a copy of DANDR 2002 version? (Dr Atkins New Diet Revolution) If not, you'll want to get one. The various Atkins phases forums will provide a lot of information to help you with this WOE too! Have fun exploring!

Hope to see you around the board!

        Re: newbie

Well, I'm 5'3" and last year I weighed 225lbs. Today I weigh 186.5 and that includes the two pounds I just recently lost. Before I have to admit I did not follow it very well, but I am still happy with the results, I am now in it to win it. My goal weight is 145lbs. I just started atkins serious Feb 18, 2006. I am doing induction. Here is an example of my menu 9am 1 boiled egg, 12pm 1 boiled egg, 3 pm 1 portabello mushroom 1/2 c red bell peppers 2 c spinach, 6pm 2 oz cheese and 10 pepperoni, 8pm chicken salad (1chicken breast 1 tbl mayo 1 tbl mustard) and egg drop soup. I am also serious about exercising and I walk/run 2 1/2hrs = 16400 steps = 7 miles daily.

Help any suggestions on navigating this website. It looks alittle complicated, I guess I have to take the time to get familiar. Thank you for welcoming me to this site.

            Hey Pasmine,
I am glad to help. To edit your signature, click on the link at the top of the page "User CP" and then once on the User CP page, on the left hand menu, the first link is called"Edit Signature". Click that link and go to town!

Since Samndee already answered your signature, I just wanted to welcome you to our site. I would urge you check out the relevant stage forum for your status as an Atkineer. We are always looking for experienced Atkineers that can impart their wisdom to us as we share our own.

I think there is a boot camp forum, but I am not sure?
