Hey all - I just wanted to drop and line and let you know that I am starting back on Atkins tomorrow 2/21. Over the past year I lost more fat and gained more muscle by working out on a 12 week program with a trainer and also eating a "balanced" protien and carb diet (similar to body for life) and was doing great.
Then I went on a series of cruise vacations, birthday trip, etc and bam!!! I have gained back about 45 lbs from my lowest point last year.
I'm ready to get back to it the Atkins way of low carb lifestyle.
