    i'm a soon to be 20 -year old college sophomore who wants to feel healthy again. i'm currently 155 lbs, 5'4", and while i am pretty happy with myself, i would like to feel estatic in my body. i tried atkins once before (about a month ago) and loved the way that i felt, but i fell off the wagon. now that i know how good i can feel i'm making the commitment to do this right this time, because this is a change that i want to make for life. i'm going to need a lot of help along the way, and i'm excited to get to you know all! feel free to email me with any tips or suggestions, because i could use them! hope everyone is having a good day, and stick with it!

              I have to tell you, I LOVED your post. You hit it right on the head..You wanna feel HEALTHY. You wanna change your life!!That's so fabulous to hear!! Good for you girl!!!

              With that attitude, you will be at goal in no time.

              You are sucha breath of fresh air. I am so glad that you came to ADBB and that you did not give up on yourself, even after you fell off the wagon. Believe me, been there, done that! LOL
