  • Another New Canadian

I'm Angela and I'm on day 11 of induction. I plan on doing an extended induction since I have a lot to lose. I know I started in the 280 area and am probably 270 something right now. I really hate to get tied up using the scale so I'm trying to go without for a while until I get into the groove of things.

2002 I lost a lot of weight following Lean for Life, but it wasn't something that I could stick with and ended up gaining most of the weight back. These 11 days have been great. I don't feel deprived, I'm not at a loss for what to eat. The rules are pretty simple, and simple is always a good thing.

I've even re-started my Walk away the Pounds DVDs and have a few more on watch at Ebay since I need a variety or I get bored.

Wish me luck, cuz luck never hurts

Welcome from yet another Canadian! Wannabe is so right. You don't need any luck at all with this way of eating (woe). Follow the rules, exercise, drink your water and take your supplements and you'll be amazed at the results.

Hi Angseu and welcome to ADBB!

Glad you found the board! It's a great place for support and information!

If you can, I strongly suggest you get an exact beginning weight and take your measurements. I'm not a scale slave either, but knowing where you started will be great as you start losing!

              See you around the board!
