  • starting over AGAIN!

HI! I am very glad I found this site,I think it will help me be motivated to stay on the diet as I have failed so many times before. I am starting over AGAIN - I am only on day 3 of induction and am hoping to lose 40 to 50 pounds. If anyone could please send me recipes or ideas of what to eat, I think part of my problem is getting bored of the same foods, not to mention that I am at work most of the day so I tend to go out and eat fast food which put on all the weigh to begin with! Thanks!

Hi and welcome. There are lots of great recipes in your DANDR and posted on this site. Planning is key. Try 'brown bagging' your lunch for work. It'll save you money too!
