    A newbie

    Hey, All,

Okay, I have everything I need, been to the grocery store, have the books, the new scale, the measuring tape, and the attitude.

I've even taken my 'Before' picture and was shocked, disgusted, and more than a little embarassed at where I've let myself go...

Which makes it al the more irritating that when I get the guts up to post the thing, I can't figure out how.

    sigh

Anyone tell me how I can set this pic up on the room?

    Thanks,

    CJ

Click on the "ADBB Gallery" link at the top in the menu bar and upload your picture there. Once it's there I'll tell you how to post it in a post or your signature.

    Oh and welcome.

Welcome. Aren't 'before' photos a revolting and sibering thing?! It is a good idea to take them reglarly (I do mine monthly now) as it gives you a very good idea of your real progress, not the image you see in the mirror which is usually viewd through your 'fat goggles'.
I posted my photos on Photobucket (www.photobucket.com), set up an account and follow the prompts. You paste the URL tag into your post or signature.

Welcome aboard! I was so disgusted with myself when I started this woe that I couldn't even bear to measure myself. Man, I wish I had. Here's to your success.

WELCOME!! As you can see, my before photo is absolutely revolting!! I hid from the camera every chance I got. Its nice to not run and hide now that I see someone with a camera in their hand.
