I just wanted to say hello to everyone. After looking through the forums and finally registering, I have decided to start the atkins way of life.
I have had the book for a few months now, although I still do not fully understand everything, I realize it is time for me to start.
After seeing how life changing this program has been for many of you, I hope to regain myself while losing the weight and becoming healthier.
I usualy only eat one meal a day, around 5 p.m. Most of the time its a huge portion of meat, veggies and bread.
Not to mention the endless array of suger-filled drinks.
The fast food way of life!!
Today is my first day, so far 3 huge glasses of water. Some sardines and a salad with olive oil.
I know I just started, but I am happy. This is the first step. Thank you for being here.
