  • Greetings from Japan

Hi, I'm a journalist living in Japan and have just started the Induction phase of Atkins.

I'd be especially interested in any information on low-carb products and shops selling them in Japan.

    Thanks,

    Les

there is an international forum here, I think this may help you.

Where worldwide Atkineers can discuss International issues such as shopping lo-carb and ethnic dietary restrictions.

Hi and welcome! I'm sure there are lots of low carb products in Japan...like veggies from the acceptable food lists, meats, fish and eggs! In other words, whole foods are the way to go. Stay away from what we call 'frankenfoods' (low carb bars, shakes and other products like that) and you'll be well on your way to success!
