  • Hello...this is me.

    Hello Everyone,
Well this is the first time I have ever tried Atkins. Wish me luck. I am really looking forward to doing it.
A bit about myself. I have been married for 15 years to a wonderful husband, who does anything he can to help me & make me feel better. I am 36, with for kids, 3 boys & 1 girl. My kids are awesome they are just so concerned about the food I eat as I am.
So my hardest part will be all of the chocolate that I love to eat, but I know I will get through it.
So now I am now off the search the forums. This website is great.

Very glad to see you! Welcome to the board, I'm sure you will find a lot of help and support here. Wishing you the best of luck on your new journey. I'm glad you have a supportive family, that makes things so much easier. Get rid of the chocolate! Half the battle is won when you just don't have it in the house.

    Best of luck!

Okay Welcome to ADBB chocolate I love chocolate but not more than myself and this will soon be your attitude as the weight melts off, My advice stay away from the sugar free stuff it is addicting just as bad as the regular stuff.
