    Hello all!

    Hello everyone! I started atkins and lost then fell off the wagon and gained some back But i am now back on for good. I have lost about 30 lbs from my highest weight so far and I am going to stick to it!! I am so glad to have found this place and I love reading about all of the success people have gotten with this diet!
